nutriate makes it easy to track your nutritional intake and stay on top of your dietary goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle, nutriate provides the tools and guidance you need to succeed.

During onboarding, you complete your profile, including age, height, weight, gender, and activity level. Based on this, we preset daily goals for calories, fat, carbs, protein, sodium, fiber, sugar, and cholesterol. You can then track your food intake manually or by using our AI-powered chatbot to recognize meals from text or images.

nutriate offers 6 months free trial. After that, the premium subscription costs €4.99 per month.

After the 6 months free trial, the AI functionalities will be limited, but you can still add meals manually or duplicate existing ones. You will still have access to all your previous meals.

You can subscribe to the premium plan directly through the app. Go to the subscription section in the settings and follow the prompts to upgrade.

With the premium subscription, you get full access to the AI-powered chatbot for meal tracking and nutrition advice. The chatbot can recognize meals from text descriptions or images, providing a seamless and efficient way to track your nutrition.

You can cancel your subscription within the profile section of the app.

Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy and do not sell any user data. All AI interactions are anonymized, ensuring the large language models (LLMs) do not know who is prompting or consuming the information. We maintain complete control over data privacy and security.

Once you no longer have an active subscription, you can delete your account within the profile section of the app. Once you do, we will delete all information you provided and it cannot be recovered.

Currently we track the following nutrients: Calories, Fat, Carbs, Protein, Sodium, Fiber, Sugar, and Cholesterol. Write us an email if you would like to see more nutrients and which one you care about!

We pre-select daily nutrition goals based on your provided profile. You can change them at any time (and revert to our initial recommendation) in the “Goals” section in your user profile. Talk to our AI nutritionist about what you want to achieve (e.g. lose weight, gain muscle) and he will help you set the goals that are right for you!

We currently do not offer any social media sharing functionality.
