By creating an account and using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
To access the App, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information as prompted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Creating multiple accounts for purposes such as extending a free trial period is strictly prohibited.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
You agree not to use the App to:
Post, upload or transmit content that falls into the categories of hate, hate/threatening, harassment, harassment/threatening, self-harm, sexual, sexual/minors, violence, or violence/graphic as defined above.
Engage in any activity that violates these Terms or any applicable law.
We collect personal data such as age, weight, date of birth, height, activity level, meals, and chat interactions to provide our services.
Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Hetzner and is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may share anonymized data with third parties like OpenAI, Groq, and API Ninjas for service improvement. Specific user information remains confidential and secure.

All content provided through the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nutriate or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
Nutriate does not guarantee the accuracy of nutrition advice or metrics provided. You should consult with a professional for personalized dietary advice. Nutriate will not be liable for any decisions made based on the information provided by the App.
Your account may be terminated for violating these Terms or failure to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
The App offers a free trial period, after which a subscription is required for continued access to the chatbot function.
Subscription options include a monthly fee of 4.99€.
Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
